How It Works
Discover how to easily schedule professional care for your pet with our simple, integrated booking system.
Step One: Schedule a meet and greet
If you are new client, the first step is scheduling a meeting and greet. This is a short meeting to ensure that you and your pets are comfortable with us and to go over routines, any medications your pet requires, and other administrative details. A meet and greet is only required before your first sit with us or if you get a new pet.
Step Two: Make a booking
Select your dates and book in, we will contact you to confirm. If you don’t hear from us within 48 hours, please contact us. If we haven’t looked after your pet in a while we will contact you the week before your sit is scheduled to ask if any routines or medications have changed since the last time we looked after your pets.
Step Three: Relax
We will send you regular updates while you are away, including photos and videos and you will come home to a clean house and happy pets. We are experienced in caring for anxious pets, older pets, pets with medical needs and puppies and have handled emergency situations while sitting,
